Shipping Rates

For orders shipped within Japan, a flat shipping fee of ¥1,000 (including tax) will apply per order.

Orders of ¥15,000 (including tax) or more shipped to the same address qualify for free shipping.

For international orders, shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within approximately 7 business days after your order has been confirmed.

Please note that dispatch may be delayed due to weather conditions, high order volumes, postal or carrier circumstances, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

During periods of high demand or extended holiday periods, delivery may take longer than usual. As delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed, please place your order with sufficient time to allow for possible delays.

Shipping Carrier

International orders are shipped via EMS (Express Mail Service).

The shipping carrier cannot be selected by the customer.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly by the recipient where applicable.
