Shipping Fees
Domestic Orders (Japan)

  • Orders of ¥14,999 or less: ¥1,000
  • Orders of ¥15,000 or more: Free shipping

International Orders
Shipping fees for international orders are calculated based on the destination and will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally dispatched within approximately 7 business days after your order has been confirmed.

Please note that dispatch may be delayed due to weather conditions, high order volumes, carrier or postal circumstances, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

During periods of high demand or extended holiday periods, delivery may take longer than usual. Please place your order with sufficient time to allow for possible delays, as we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.

The timing of the charge appearing on your statement may vary depending on your credit card issuer and the terms of your card agreement. Please contact your card issuer directly for further information.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference or other reasons attributable to the customer.

However, if your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will arrange a replacement or refund at our expense:

  • The item arrives damaged or soiled.

  • You receive an item different from the one you ordered.

If your order falls under either of the above circumstances, please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery.

Please retain the item and its original packaging in the condition in which it was delivered until the matter has been resolved.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order.
