Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer preference, including changes of mind or incorrect orders.

All MAUREN products meet the quality and inspection standards established by the respective manufacturers.

Please note that subtle variations in color, texture, finish, or appearance may occur as a natural result of the manufacturing process and the individual characteristics of each piece. Minor scratches, scuffs, or other slight imperfections that may occur during production are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We take every care to ensure that your order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before shipment. In the unlikely event that your order arrives with one of the following issues, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you:

  • The item arrives damaged or soiled.

  • You receive an item different from the one you ordered.

If your order is affected by either of the above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the contact details below.

Please retain the item and its original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

If a replacement cannot be arranged due to the item being sold out, discontinued, or otherwise unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.

In such cases, the purchase price, shipping costs, and applicable fees will be refunded using the original payment method.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

Even in the event of an issue with your order, we may be unable to accept a return or exchange if any of the following apply:

  • More than 8 days have passed since delivery.

  • The item has been worn, used, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned.

  • Any accessories, defect tags, product tags, warranty cards, bags, or boxes are missing.

  • The item has been exposed to odors, stains, scratches, or other damage while in your possession.

  • The original product packaging, such as bags or boxes, has been damaged.

Protective plastic coverings used solely to protect the product during shipping, as well as cardboard shipping boxes, are not considered part of the original product packaging.
